Charlotte Playground

Charlotte, North Carolina was the location of a great project for Carter’s Kids.

In the Cherry neighborhood of Charlotte, just 5 minutes from downtown, is Cherry Park. Carter’s Kids designed and built 2 play spaces in Cherry Park, one for children ages 2-5 and the other for children 5-12.

Charlotte was also a very special project because the Sponsor of this playground build was Lowe’s, who’s corporate headquarters is located in the Charlotte area. The Lowe’s volunteers who came out to build these playgrounds were fantastic workers and the event was a huge success!

With Rebuilding Together renovating 6 homes in the area around the playground, we can say that we had a very positive effect on the Cherry Park neighborhood of Charlotte!
